Deliverables for this effort were:

1. Design, production and testing of four β = 0.61 six-cell 805 MHz prototype cavities
2. Design, production and testing of two β = 0.81 six-cell 805 MHz prototype cavities
3. One copper cavity of each type
4. Six KEK-style fundamental power couplers, modified for 805 MHz
5. Design, production and testing of a three-cavity medium-β cryomodule
6. Procurement packages for each cryomodule type
7. Demonstration program for fundamental power couplers

Delivery of these components and systems in the very short time available was made possible by an extensive and effective international collaboration.
